Garth has more than 25 years’ experience working in IT in various organizations in Namibia of which 18 years has been in the financial services sector. Garth is a strategic thinker and has the ability to lead high performance teams from diverse cultures and backgrounds to achieve company objectives in time and on budget. He joined Paradise Computer Consultancy Services (PCCS) in Aug 2022, as CTO. He is keenly aware that the role of technology has evolved dramatically over recent years and views himself as a high-level facilitator who brings business value to organizations through technology enablement and digital transformation.
